Please choose “UKRAINE MEDICAL DIAGNOSTIC TEST” when booking appointment. Must have CUAET Approval Letter for Port of Entry Facilitation for modified fees according to your age.

Immigration Medical Examination Report

After your medical exam, you received an Information Sheet with your unique medical case number (IME/UMI). This serves as proof of exam completion and is all you need for your application. Ordering a report is optional for personal records.

    You can eat and do not need to fast before the appointment.

  • What happens if I am called back by a Panel Physician?

    If you are called back to a Panel Physician, it is very common that IRCC may require more information in order to process your documents. Simply contact us or book your appointment online to resolve this. There is no need to panic, everything will be alright.
